Job Description: Legal Consultant in Belgian Employment Law
  • *Your assignments include:**
  • Establish a solid, long-term relationship with your clients, based on expertise, confidentiality and mutual trust.
  • Acting as a pillar for local and international employers, supporting them in all challenges related to compliance with Belgian labor and social regulations (e.g. termination of employment contracts, revision of internal regulations, management of A1 documents, cross-border employment, etc.).
  • Draft precise legal advice, focusing on practical, pragmatic solutions.
  • Sharing your expertise is a source of energy for you. Within our client, you will contribute to the legal department's internal and external communications (drafting newsletters, articles on developments in employment law, and legal updates for payroll specialists, etc.).

Your profile

The ideal candidate:
  • holds a master's degree in Belgian law
  • Proof of professional experience in the field of employment law.
  • Has a perfect command of Dutch and a good level of French and English OR has a perfect command of French and a very good level of Dutch.
  • Displays qualities such as rigor and accuracy in his/her work.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Is a true team player, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
