Description

You will join a team involved in support assignments for the Litigation Department (Business Support - BS) and report directly to the Business Support Manager, under the supervision of the Head of Debt Collection.
  • Daily telephone contacts (Front Office) with indebted persons (French and Dutch-speaking debtors) with a view to establishing a repayment plan.
  • Administrative tasks relating to contentious files on consumer credit, equipment leasing and collective procedures (bankruptcy, collective debt settlement, judicial reorganization).

Your profile

  • Very good knowledge of Dutch - French.
  • Numerical skills.
  • Autonomous, dynamic, organized, flexible and rigorous.
  • Good social skills and team spirit.
  • Ability to take on administrative work between telephone calls.
  • Adaptability, excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills to understand and meet the needs of other teams in the division, and to pass on information correctly to colleagues.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Offer

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 4000
