Description
You will be the day-to-day contact for our customers and brokers, helping them to put the credit insurance policy into practice.- In concrete terms, this means that you provide explanations on credit limit decisions, claims files, collection files, invoices, the online application, turnover reporting and the technical aspects of the policy.
- You maintain relationships with policyholders in your own portfolio through proactive actions.
- You develop and maintain an active network within the Group.
- You are able to recognize prospects in external contacts and pass them on to the sales department.
- You work as part of a team and act as a back-up for your colleagues' portfolios.
Your profile
- Multilingual: Dutch, French, English.
- Communication and problem-solving skills, analytical mind, sociability, enthusiasm, customer focus and stress resistance.
- Interest in economics and business life in general.
- Affinity with financial figures.
