Description
- Manage the local IT hardware throughout its entire asset lifecycle, including installation, tracking, and replacement.
- Ensure adherence to global IT protocols and procedures in the local context.
- Maintain the asset database to reflect current inventory and status.
- Support meeting rooms and the integrated audiovisual technology available on-site.
- Serve as a primary contact for the introduction of new tools and technologies at a global level, ensuring effective communication and training regarding any upcoming changes.
- Provide first-line support for both applications and hardware related to local technology tools, including troubleshooting issues, assisting users, and managing the call queue while collaborating with other technology teams to resolve any problems.
- Conduct continuous reviews and consultations on local IT processes and services, ensuring they remain effective and deliver the appropriate quality of service.
Your profile
Strong enthusiasm for information technology- Proven experience in a support desk role; additional experience in the IT sector as a plus.
- Solid understanding of audio-visual technologies and video conferencing systems.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and effective issue resolution.
- Team spirit and strong time management skills.
- Task prioritization and high precision.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French as an asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
