Description
- You'll help dealers prepare for Go Live with the new ERP, identifying the tasks to be completed before the old system is switched off.
- You prepare them for the change, explaining the differences in their future working methods.
- You will ensure the creation of files in the Venice and Onea tools, and participate in the migration of accounting software (Venice/Exact and Onea).
- You will contribute to the configuration of the accounting part of the ERP (Cross 3).
- You will be on site for two weeks after the Go Live to provide local support (Hypercare phase).
- You will continue to provide remote support via Teams, e-mail and ticketing tools (Jira).
Your profile
- You have a Master's degree in Finance or equivalent accounting experience.
- You have at least 1 year's experience in general accounting (VAT, entries, general ledger, etc.).
- Ideally, you have knowledge of the automotive sector, particularly in terms of vehicle margins or specific VAT regimes.
- You are familiar with or have already worked with Venice and/or Onea, or have a keen interest in finance-related IT tools.
- You are analytical, autonomous and solution-oriented.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are able to quickly understand business issues.
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- You have your own vehicle and are available to travel 4 days a week to dealerships in Belgium.
