Description
- You understand and implement the comprehensive KYC process, including cross-border elements, in accordance with legal and international standards and procedures;
- You manage a portfolio of KYC files, analyzing the type of information and documents required from clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-up to obtain the necessary data;
- You ensure the completeness of each file and input the collected information into the relevant systems accurately;
- You collaborate with client relationship managers and compliance departments to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions;
- You keep your team manager informed about the progress of tasks and any challenges that may arise;
- You communicate with clients in French, Dutch, or English as required.
Your profile
- Is bilingual in French and Dutch, with a solid command of English;
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as economics, law, or business administration;
- Brings a minimum of one year of pertinent experience to the role;
- Demonstrates exceptional communication skills, exhibiting diplomacy and a strong focus on customer service;
- Is capable of working autonomously and managing tasks independently;
- Thrives under pressure and adapts well to changing circumstances;
- Possesses a strong aptitude for problem-solving and resourcefulness;
- Values accuracy and quality, ensuring high standards in their work;
- Exhibits a proactive mindset, showing initiative and the ability to quickly learn and adapt;
