Description
General Support:- You prepare client appointments and ensure smooth administrative follow-up.
- You process money and securities transfers, both incoming and outgoing.
- You check whether tax rules are correctly applied, including stock exchange tax, Reynder tax and tax on securities accounts.
- You prepare and manage tax certificates, for non-residents as well as withholding tax and foreign withholding tax.
- You file withholding tax and stock exchange tax returns.
- You provide support for the introduction of new tax projects, such as the solidarity contribution.
- You follow up files related to credits and take care of the preparation of credit requests and the related administrative processing.
- You provide periodic financial reports to management.
- You perform investment-related work, such as checking debit balances and monitoring term accounts.
Your profile
- You have completed a relevant education, preferably at least at Bachelor's or Master's level, but experience carries more weight.
- You have relevant banking work experience, allowing you to function independently.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch and a strong knowledge of French.
- You are discrete and handle confidential information with care.
- You operate accurately and with attention to detail in all your work.
- You have a strong work ethic and show drive in achieving results.
