Description
- You manage complex (inter)national files with a focus on debt collection and recoveries.
- You work closely with clients, colleagues and internal teams to efficiently handle anomalous situations.
- You share your technical knowledge and support colleagues in their development.
- You analyze accounts receivable and accounts payable and actively follow up open queries.
- You initiate collaboration with underwriting, operations and claims to improve processes.
- You act within your authority and strictly follow company guidelines and legal requirements.
- You help achieve team and individual goals around debts and unrecorded payments.
- You handle and prioritize daily information requests in a structured manner.
- You use your understanding of international insurance structures and reinsurance to guide others.
Your profile
- Possesses at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a position within a finance department, preferably in an environment related to insurance.
- Has completed a higher education degree.
- Has extensive experience working with data, tools and systems, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Is fluent in both English and Dutch, both orally and in writing.
- Is a valuable team player who contributes through a structured way of working.
- Has a commercial attitude and is driven to achieve results.
- Has a positive attitude towards changes in demand, processes or tools.
