Description
As part of your duties, you will be required to :- Provide legal advice in a variety of areas, ensuring compliance and legality of transactions.
- Examine, analyze and adjust loan contracts to ensure they comply with current standards.
- Participate in the integration of new businesses, particularly in the account opening process.
- Carry out the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in collaboration with banking institutions, to ensure effective customer identification and verification.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Master's degree in law.
- Fluent in French and English, ensuring effective communication in an international environment.
- Is a lawyer with knowledge of financing principles, or a junior candidate with a strong interest in banking and finance.
- Demonstrates autonomy, able to work independently while taking initiative.
