Description
As Branch Manager, you will play a key role in the management and development of the Namur and Charleroi branches. Your main mission is to ensure the smooth running of the business and optimize the team's performance.You will be responsible for :
- Supervise and mentor the team on a daily basis, fostering a collaborative working environment;
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve objectives;
- Regularly analyze performance indicators to identify areas for improvement;
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure their satisfaction;
- Manage agency budgets and resources, ensuring efficient use of funds;
- Organize and lead team meetings to stimulate motivation and cohesion;
- Provide ongoing training for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge;
- Recruit new talent to strengthen the team;
- Represent the agency at events and strategic meetings.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a solid 10-year track record in the property-casualty insurance brokerage sector, and good knowledge of other insurance, credit and investment-related fields;
- At least 3 years' experience in team management, as well as in sales and operational management;
- Embodies the company's image in the Namur and Charleroi markets, maintaining strong links with local economic players;
- Is a results-oriented manager and supports sales teams in developing performance.
