Description
Our client is an insurance player focused on providing customized insurance services to independent insurance brokers in the high net worth, self-employed and SME sectors. In this position, you will be part of a young and dynamic team in a stimulating work environment.As Claims Manager Fire, you will maintain telephone contacts with brokers and ensure that your claims files are managed in a proactive and customer-focused manner. You will act as the first point of contact for broker inquiries regarding fire claims.
Your profile
- Has earned a bachelor's degree in insurance; experience in handling fire claims is a valuable addition.
- Can make contacts quickly and knows how to communicate pleasantly, effectively and clearly in both national languages.
- Has a natural customer focus; is a good listener who understands what our brokers need, even if not expressed directly.
- Enjoys taking initiative and responsibilities.
- Is a true team player who works enthusiastically with colleagues to continuously improve the claims department and service, learning from each other and fostering close cooperation.
- Has a broad interest in all facets of claims management and is motivated to further develop both himself and the organization. Can agree to work flexible hours and contributes to telephone accessibility as needed.
- Has an excellent command of Dutch, both written and oral; knowledge of French is an important asset.
