Description
As a 2nd Pillar Insurance Expert, your main responsibilities will be to :- Analyze customers' occupational pension and retirement needs;
- Help customers to understand the different insurance solutions available, and make appropriate recommendations;
- Evaluate and optimize existing insurance contracts to ensure adequate and optimal coverage;
- Follow up customer files and maintain a relationship of trust, responding to their concerns and offering sound advice;
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tools and resources to facilitate policyholder management;
- Participate in training and professional development initiatives to keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments;
- Contribute to raising customer awareness of the importance of employee benefits and group insurance solutions.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Possesses a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field;
- Fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English;
- Is a self-starter, able to manage processes and procedures independently, while organizing his/her day according to established priorities;
- Shows attention to detail and rigor in his/her work, with an affinity for numbers and an ability to analyze them accurately;
- Values collaboration and knowledge-sharing, systematically seeking solutions that satisfy all parties involved;
- Cooperates indirectly with other team members, while maintaining a relationship with his/her line manager, and interacts with the customer contact center as second-line telephone support;
- Establishes regular exchanges, by telephone or in writing, with customers to ensure effective follow-up of their requests.
