Description
- You are the central point of contact for all claims files and ensure excellent service.
- You assess claims using the applicable policy conditions and available information.
- You contact clients, counterparties, experts and insurance companies to gather required information.
- You independently follow up on files and ensure that everything is handled properly from start to finish.
- You are responsible for correct and efficient administrative processing of claims files.
- If necessary, you call in experts for additional findings or inspections.
- You handle a wide range of files, varying from private damage cases (e.g. water damage and travel cancellations) to larger, more complex damages within the industrial and maritime sector.
Your profile
- Preferably has some experience in claims management or claims processing within the insurance industry, but motivated starters with relevant internship experience are also welcome.
- Is customer-oriented, can handle stress well and works very accurately.
- Has excellent communication skills and is able to function independently.
- Is eager to grow in a versatile and dynamic role.

- Monthly salary indication: € 3501 - € 4000
- An attractive gross monthly salary of up to €4,000, depending on your experience.
