Description
- You manage files with disputes and actively liaise with involved parties such as lawyers, trustees, bailiffs and clients.
- You ensure that the information in your customer files is always up to date so that everything runs smoothly.
- You approach customers with outstanding payments for their vehicle through various means of communication.
- You gather important information and ask the right questions to get a clear picture of the customer's situation and the associated credit risk.
- You conduct discussions with customers to come to a solution-oriented approach together and settle overdue payments.
- You prepare files that are forwarded to a collection agency for further processing.
- You ensure careful follow-up of all your files so that no case is lost.
Your profile
- Is an enthusiastic and motivated undergraduate in Law or Accountancy/Taxation who is looking for a first (or second) work experience.
- Functions as a smooth and diplomatic interlocutor, communicating easily with others.
- Has an excellent command of the Dutch language and also feels comfortable expressing himself in French.
- Has a preference for telephone contact and is familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp.
- Is assertive in a sound manner and works administratively with extreme precision.
- Possesses a constructive critical attitude and has a solution-oriented approach.
- Possesses a positive mindset and knows how to inspire both himself and others with his/her enthusiasm.
