Description
- Draft letters of credit and establish guarantees for new mortgage and business credit applications, such as cash flow credits, term loans and investment credits;
- Work with your team to manage the administration and record in the information system the current credit portfolio, including:
- Mortgage transfers;
- Borrower changes;
- Adjustments to credit conditions;
- Changes or deletions of guarantees, etc;
- Work in close synergy with:
- Your colleagues in other credit-related departments, including specialized analysts;
- Sales outlets;
- External partners such as notaries;
- Provide support in the follow-up of accounting records and in the processing and presentation of statistical data.
Your profile
- Minimum bachelor's degree in law, business administration or related field;
- Basic knowledge of credit and financial guarantees;
- Significant experience in the analysis or processing of credit and guarantee files, with experience in the notarial sector an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to interact with a variety of stakeholders;
- Demonstrates commitment, is proactive, maintains a positive attitude and willingly assumes responsibility;
- Works in a methodical way, able to keep an overview while prioritizing;
- Expresses him/herself and writes effectively in Dutch and French, while mastering common office tools such as Word and Excel.
