Are you a born networker with a nose for opportunities? Then you are the business developer we are looking for. Axis Group is a leading player in human resources, specializing in profiles within banking, insurance, legal, HR, business support and marketing & communications. We offer a wide range of services, from interim and selection to consultancy. We have offices in Brussels and Antwerp.

Description

  • You actively search for new customers and detect growth opportunities in the market;
  • You plan and execute prospecting visits and convince customers of the added value of our services;
  • You identify and activate 'dormant' accounts with potential;
  • You drive the commercial growth of your business unit and take ownership of your pipeline;
  • You represent Axis Group at networking events, job fairs and customer-facing initiatives;
  • You work closely with the Career Advisors to ensure optimal service after winning an assignment.

Your profile

  • You ideally have initial experience in sales and cold calling, preferably in a B2B environment;
  • Preferably you have a bachelor or master degree;
  • You are driven by targets and get energy from opening new doors;
  • You communicate fluently and professionally with customers at all levels - you have an excellent command of Dutch and/or French, English is a plus;
  • You are proactive, results-oriented and see opportunities where others see thresholds;
  • You are a real team player who can work independently and inspire others with your commercial flair.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
