Description
- You develop long-term partnerships with clients, with the aim of increasing customer satisfaction, growing the investment portfolio, and contributing to sales results.
- You manage a client portfolio and support them in their financial projects.
- You understand the specific needs of the client and anticipate them.
- You offer valuable, tailor-made solutions that take into account the customer's financial situation.
- You also proactively schedule meetings with customers to identify their financial needs.
- You will initially manage a smaller portfolio, but will expand it further through up- and side-scaling.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has a bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in economics, and has already gained commercial experience in the field of investments.
- Has a strong interest in financial products and services.
- Is energetic and has a commercial mindset.
- Enjoys working in a team and focuses on achieving common goals.
- Has the necessary certificates in accordance with the regulations of Willems, Cauwenberghs, and Kredieten.
- Is able to build long-term relationships with clients, with the aim of increasing their satisfaction and optimizing their investments.
- Manages a customer portfolio and supports it in various financial projects.
- Understands the specific needs of customers and can respond to them proactively.
- Offers valuable, tailor-made solutions, taking into account the customer's financial situation.
- Lives in and has a network in the Nete Valley.
