Description
Your responsibilities:- Drive Business Development: You will initiate projects within different expertise groups, strategically advising lawyers and implementing go-to-market strategies to identify new growth and branding opportunities.
- Develop and Implement Business Plans: You will create solid business plans for each expertise group, focusing on client development, targeting and cross-selling initiatives.
- Collaborate and Innovate: You will identify cross-selling opportunities between expertise groups and offices, and work closely with colleagues across the company to share and leverage best practices.
- Anticipating Trends: You'll monitor trends in the Belgian legal and tax landscape, while seizing PR and communications opportunities to strengthen our organization's image.
- Organize Impactful Events: You will develop and coordinate customer, PR and social events, defining target groups and creating programs that strengthen and promote our entity's reputation.
- Monitor and Report: You will work closely with our partners and group coordinators to monitor activities and results, ensuring continuous improvement and the success of the initiatives put in place.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Has at least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business development or similar fields. A Master's degree is desirable.
- 3 to 5 years' professional experience in business development, preferably in a law firm.
- Fluent in Dutch, with excellent English skills and a good passive knowledge of French.
- Good command of MS Office suite tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Previous experience with one or more CRM systems is an asset.
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills and a positive mindset. Displays an entrepreneurial, results-oriented, structured, organized and proactive mentality, with a strong capacity for autonomy.
- Possesses advanced project management skills and the ability to take initiative to get things done.
