Your responsibilities:
  • In customer service, you provide telephone advice to brokers and customers.
  • You are responsible for following up the tasks that follow from your contact with the broker.
  • You answer the questions that come in by e-mail and formulate advice based on your expertise.

Your profile

  • Do you have a first experience in insurance or a diploma?
  • Are you bilingual in Dutch and French?
  • Do you describe yourself as communicative, customer-oriented, organized and proactive?
  • Do you like customer contact and do you look forward to assisting our brokers and partners in a professional way?
  • And do you have a good knowledge of insurance, either through studies or work experience?
