Description
- You will perform various administrative tasks for our customers, such as managing mailboxes, providing telephone support, calendar management and preparing KYC analyses and customer files;
- You provide first-line commercial support to customers, including onboarding new customers and resolving issues;
- You actively promote our client's strategy, mission and values, as well as products and services to both current clients and prospects;
- You will proactively contact clients and build lasting relationships in support of the Private Banking team;
- You will continuously stay abreast of developments within the banking industry and the various products and services offered by our client.
Your profile
- You have a perfect command of French. Knowledge of Dutch and/or English is a plus;
- You have strong administrative skills and work accurately, following procedures and guidelines. You are well organized;
- You are proactive, have a positive and flexible attitude, and you can work independently and quickly switch between different tasks;
- You feel comfortable in customer contact (by phone, face-to-face or in writing) and have a commercial attitude;
- You have a bachelor's degree and a strong interest in the financial sector. A first experience in finance or customer service is an asset.
