Description

  • You handle customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, such as transferring stock market orders, following up on fraud cases and solving online banking problems, always following internal guidelines and applicable legislation;
  • You analyze customer needs and propose appropriate additional products and services;
  • You actively search for commercial opportunities with existing customers to promote their loyalty and further develop the customer relationship;
  • You work together with various advice centers and offer them support in achieving their objectives;
  • You keep abreast of developments in the banking sector, including taxation, products and services.

Your profile

  • Has excellent communication skills and is comfortable in customer contact, whether in person, on the phone or in writing, with a strong commercial mindset;
  • Possesses solid administrative skills and works carefully according to applicable guidelines and procedures;
  • Is versatile and able to switch smoothly between various tasks and responsibilities;
  • Remains calm and resilient in stressful situations and always maintains a professional and customer-focused approach;
  • Has a bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or economics, and demonstrates a genuine interest in the financial industry.
