Description
- Leading a team of 5 accounting staff.
- Guaranteeing various tax declarations (Venn.B., VAT, etc.) in collaboration with the financially responsible notary.
- Preparation and processing of monthly and quarterly balance sheets and financial statements for the notary supervisory authorities and the auditor
- Responsible for the preparation and follow-up of income statements and balance sheets and the correct execution of financial accounting.
- Preparation of periodic analyses and reports for management in order to provide them with sufficient information to make decisions.
- Analyzing financial reports, checking the correctness of journal entries, payroll data, accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers.
- Process incoming and outgoing invoices and follow up on their payment.
- Continuously keep up to date with the evolutions and developments in the field of finance and accounting, keeping his/her knowledge up to date according to the adaptations to the (notarial) legislation.
Your profile
- you are preferably certified accountant or similar degree with minimum 10 years of experience.
- You have a very good knowledge of finance and accounting.
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French (oral and written)
- Knowledge of SAP/Acta Libra (notarial accounting software) is a plus
- You can work independently and autonomously.
- You are punctual, efficient and have an eye for detail.
- You are flexible and practical. You can set priorities.
- You preferably have experience in coaching and evaluating staff.
