Description
- You will be the point of contact for customers using our client's online application, both when they first sign up and in the event of any questions or problems during use;
- You perform a combined role of telephone and administrative support within the Welcome Desk;
- You will contribute to the preparation of financial reports;
- You process exchange orders for stocks and derivatives on the financial markets.
Your profile
- Masters the Dutch language at a high level (C1 or C2) and also has a good knowledge of French (C1 or C2) and English (at least B2);
- Has a strong interest and commitment to the financial sector;
- Is familiar with traditional office software and can use it efficiently;
- Is quick-witted, energetic and enthusiastic, focusing on customer satisfaction and finding solutions;
- Works in a structured manner and has excellent organizational skills.
