Description
- Document evaluation: thoroughly analyzing documents provided by clients through the agencies, such as identification and corporate structure;
- Identification of beneficial owners: determining who the true owners of a company are to ensure full transparency;
- Internal collaboration: working with agency colleagues or commercial teams to gather missing information or clarify issues, both by phone and email;
- Careful file handling: ensuring that files are handled correctly so that commercial teams can continue their work and customer contact is not lost;
- Regulatory compliance: comply with AML, FATCA, CRS standards and other tax or legal obligations applicable within the field;
- Continuous development: regularly participate in training to improve your skills and stay up-to-date;
- You will not have direct contact with end clients, but will maintain frequent communication with commercial staff or internal teams;
- The handling of transactions involving suspicious funds or unusual amounts is handled by another department.
Your profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
- Demonstrates strong motivation and passion for the field of file management;
- Masters both the Dutch and French languages in their entirety.
