Description
- You independently manage Dutch-language files regarding personal injury claims;
- You establish and identify responsibilities;
- You negotiate claims with counterparties;
- You prepare documents for claims;
- You maintain telephone contact with victims, lawyers, inspectors and other involved parties.
Your profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law;
- Has an excellent command of the Dutch language;
- Shows enthusiasm and likes to take the initiative;
- Is able to function effectively both independently and as part of a team;
- Has strong communication skills, excellent negotiation skills and a customer-oriented attitude;
- Has experience managing claims files related to bodily injury.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
