Description
- You will be responsible for a wide range of purchases within our organization;
- You manage procurement files and oversee the execution of contracts;
- You act as the main point of contact for the contracts under your management;
- You work closely with internal stakeholders and translate their requirements into a cost-effective procurement solution;
- You ensure that all activities comply with public procurement legislation;
- You monitor developments in procurement contracts, including market developments and relevant trends, as well as changes in legislation;
- You will contribute to the optimization and adaptation of procurement processes and procedures;
- You will join our team for a period of 12 months, with the possibility of extension every 6 months.
Your profile
- Possesses at least a bachelor's degree; a university degree is an added advantage;
- Has at least 5 years of experience in procurement processes in accordance with public procurement legislation;
- Has extensive knowledge of the software package 3P;
- Has a good command of French, Dutch and English;
- Possesses strong negotiation skills, has an analytical mind and is both proactive and results-oriented;
- Is focused on customer satisfaction, closely follows the needs of internal customers and actively seeks solutions;
- Can develop new ideas and implement them effectively;
- Communicates clearly and fluently, both orally and in writing;
- Has a good command of common Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3500
