Description

  • You deliver comprehensive commercial and administrative assistance to the Relationship Manager, which includes engaging actively in domestic and international account openings, supporting various credit-related and daily banking inquiries, and tracking risk and profitability reports;
  • You manage client files and conditions, prepare bank attestations, and ensure adherence to compliance obligations by monitoring deadlines, maintaining client communication, and discussing complex matters with internal teams;
  • You maintain a dedicated portfolio of clients and collaborate closely with a knowledgeable team of commercial support officers who are eager to share insights and expertise with you. You serve as the primary point of contact for daily banking inquiries from clients and provide backup support in the absence of the Relationship Manager;
  • You establish regular communication with clients and colleagues internationally, reflecting the global nature of your client relationships;
  • You contribute to ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong relationships;
  • In executing your responsibilities and in both internal and external communications, you are expected to pursue high-quality service delivery while adhering to internal policies and deadlines.

Your profile

  • Holds a master’s or bachelor’s degree, coupled with a minimum of three years of relevant experience within a corporate or financial setting;
  • Demonstrates outstanding communication, interpersonal, and commercial abilities, ensuring effective interaction with diverse stakeholders;
  • Is trilingual, possessing strong verbal and written skills in Dutch, French, and English, catering primarily to a client portfolio that consists mostly of Dutch- and English-speaking clients;
  • Thrives in a collaborative environment, showing a strong willingness to learn from seasoned colleagues and exhibiting a high capacity for learning;
  • Works independently and is client-oriented, consistently seeking practical solutions while adhering to internal policies and guidelines. Possesses strong analytical skills to efficiently navigate and comprehend complex files for informed discussion and action;
  • Is an enthusiastic team member who pays close attention to detail and effectively meets deadlines. This necessitates taking initiative, possessing excellent organizational skills, and ensuring thorough follow-up on tasks;
