Description

  • Organizing and overseeing the client billing process to ensure accurate time entry and proper allocation.
  • Carefully reviewing invoices in line with internal procedures, including monitoring client budgets, unbilled fees, and contractual agreements, before submission to partners and clients.
  • Managing and tracking e-billing activities in coordination with theteam.
  • Ensuring invoices are issued promptly and accurately.
  • Preparing and distributing monthly billing reports.
  • Coordinating with the collections team to ensure timely follow-up.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related administrative field
  • Fluent in both English and French
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong command of Excel
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in a billing role in a legal or professional services environment
  • Solid understanding of Luxembourg VAT legislation is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Well-organized and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative
