Your profile
- Possesses a master's or bachelor's degree, or similar work experience.
- Has demonstrated leadership experience.
- Has approximately 5 years of experience as a claims manager in the automotive industry.
- Proficient in Dutch and French, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of German and English is an added advantage.
- Possesses strong leadership and coaching skills, and knows how to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Has excellent organizational skills and can prioritize even under increased workload.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing, and can convey information clearly.
- Is decisive and remains calm under pressure, with the ability to shift gears quickly and cut corners.
- Has a process-oriented mindset and focuses on continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
