Description

  • You will independently manage a variety of claims files, both simple and complex, related to various insurance products.
  • You provide support to both the broker and the customer via telephone during the reporting of claims and during the follow-up process of the file.
  • You work closely with your immediate colleagues, as well as with other teams, including the Production and Finance departments.
  • You select the most appropriate expert for each individual case.
  • You keep an eye on the agenda and carry out the regression process.
  • You report directly to the manager of the department.
  • You and your teammates are responsible for the relationship with various brokers.

Your profile

  • Can work accurately and organizationally
  • Has good analytical skills and is extroverted
  • Is a true team player and sociable by nature
  • Possesses a master's degree in Law or a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance
  • Is familiar with traffic rules and regulations
  • Has approximately three years of experience in claims management within branch auto
  • Has a strong interest in or knowledge of cars, trucks and transportation damage, which is an added advantage
  • Has a solid knowledge of Word and Outlook
  • Speaks fluent Dutch and French. Knowledge of German and/or English is an asset
