Description

Your main responsibilities:
  • Shape and support our client's product strategy.
  • Study market developments, competitive offers and the specific needs of healthcare providers and distribution networks to identify new opportunities.
  • Create innovative and relevant solutions for the industry and get internal stakeholders (such as sales and compliance) excited about your ideas.
  • Take on full project management by coordinating the legal, compliance, risk management, pricing, marketing, training and communication aspects of the products.
  • Establish and analyze performance indicators for products to ensure their profitability, commercial success and alignment with member expectations.

Your profile

The ideal candidate combines substantive maturity with strong communication and organizational skills. We are looking for a professional bridge builder with the following profile:
  • Has a university degree or equivalent experience.
  • Has proven experience in project management and has taken the lead on projects and actively managed teams (not just been a participant).
  • Preferably has a basic knowledge of the insurance industry, although in-depth technical expertise is not required.
  • Is language proficient and understands the other national language well (Dutch or French). Bilingualism is a strong asset.
  • Works accurately and in a structured manner, with an eye for detail.
  • Is strong in coordinating and following up on projects, and knows how to monitor priorities.
  • Thinks analytically and works fluently with data, including through tools such as Excel.
  • Communicates clearly and knows how to tailor messages to diverse interlocutors.
  • Builds bridges between different departments and stakeholders (such as management, marketing communications, production, claims management, etc.), and manages to correctly assess needs and provide balanced solutions.
  • Takes initiative, suggests improvements and thinks proactively about how projects can run more efficiently and effectively.
  • Brings an authentic, positive energy. Is open, approachable, has a sense of humor and contributes to a pleasant working atmosphere.
