Description
- You define the annual marketing objectives and translate them into a Marketing Plan that takes into account the strategy defined by the owner.
- This approved Marketing Plan must then be translated into creative and innovative actions, which you coordinate and develop, not forgetting communication campaigns.
- You also determine the themes and activities for each operation. Contacting and selecting suppliers is also part of your job.
- Participating in the design and production of marketing materials, writing debriefing reports for each operation organized: this doesn't scare you - on the contrary.
- And what's more? Let's not forget the digital side of things! One of your main responsibilities will be to contribute to the company's digital transformation, by developing a specific and concrete action plan to achieve set objectives, particularly in terms of data collection, marketing automation and personalized e-mailing campaigns.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Event Management, ... and 8 to 10 years' experience in developing marketing strategies, event management and digital marketing, ...
- You are a true polyglot and fluent in French, Dutch and English.
- Occasionally working on a Saturday or Sunday is not a problem for you, given life in a shopping mall.
- You're self-reliant, positive, and react positively to stressful situations.
- Grow and develop. It speaks to you. And when you do something, you do it well. Detail and precision are essential to you, as is teamwork.
- You enjoy creativity, take initiative and juggle different tasks with ease.
- You have good organizational skills and love managing events and a variety of marketing projects.
- Most importantly, you're at ease with digital, and have a good command of social networks, applications, website and CRM management, ....
