Description
Complete follow-up of purchase orders (dispatch, receipt, delivery).- Check supplier and customer prices.
- Manage customer/supplier disputes.
- Check delivery notes and shipments.
- Supplier coordination (lead times and deliveries).
- Manage switchboard and direct calls.
- Simple encoding of purchase invoices.
- Mail management (sorting, processing, distribution).
- Administrative and commercial filing and archiving.
- Ordering supplies and overheads.
- Various Office Management tasks.
Your profile
- Proven experience of more than 3 years in a support function within a commercial company.
- Excellent command of French
- Solid knowledge of SAGE 100 sales management software.
- Thoroughness, organizational skills and versatility.
