Description
- You will be responsible for the entire underwriting process for the Professional Liability and Corporate Civil Liability sectors, with a special focus on the healthcare sector.
- You evaluate and accept risks.
- You set rates and formulate clauses.
- You follow up contracts closely, both technically and administratively.
- You prepare insurance documents such as contracts, attachments and corrections.
- You maintain close relationships with brokers and clients.
- You participate in the negotiation of complex insurance files.
Your profile
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Law, Economics, Commercial Sciences, Insurance or a similar field of study.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in insurance policy management, preferably in liability insurance
- You have in-depth technical and legal knowledge of professional liability.
- You are well informed about insurance legislation and keep a close eye on legal developments.
- You are analytical, customer-oriented and can communicate clearly.
- You work well independently, but also function effectively within a team.
- You have a commercial attitude and approach problems pragmatically.
- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and have a good command of French, both oral and written.
