Description
- Contribute to a close-knit team that provides daily support to brokers with clear answers to their questions about workplace accidents.
- Prepare quotes, conduct negotiations and realize contracts.
- Support brokers in realizing new business or negotiating existing agreements with clients.
- Guarantee the quality of signing, both technically (correct application of conditions and rates) and in service quality (speed, correct communication with brokers and clients, and resolution of complex situations).
- Contribute to sustainable growth within the work accident sector, both by realizing new business and by developing innovative terms and coverages in cooperation with brokers.
- Maintain and expand relationships with brokers and clients in an efficient and accessible manner.
Your profile
The ideal candidate:- Speaks both Dutch and French fluently, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Possesses a degree in insurance or has gained similar experience in this field.
- Has thorough knowledge of legislation related to workplace accidents in the insurance industry.
- Is proactive, accurate and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Can function well both independently and as part of a team.
