Description
- Oversee the implementation of a new workflow approved by the Executive Committee to mitigate risks from transactions in sensitive countries, in collaboration with RTB;
- Manage a Rapat-Team responsible for reviewing, approving, or rejecting international transactions across Retail, Private, and Wealth sectors, while tracking the status and gathering necessary documentation;
- Ensure familiarity with internal tools, properly archive files, and escalate suspicious transactions to AML Operations;
- Require strong understanding of personal tax matters, as this role involves handling sensitive client information. Difficulty in finding candidates with the right mix of technical and customer-focused skills. Provide regular reports to management.
Your profile
- Possesses excellent proficiency in Dutch and French, with a good command of English;
- Holds a Master’s degree in Taxation or a related field;
- Has a minimum of 2.5 years of pertinent experience in taxation or finance;
- Demonstrates strong technical expertise in personal taxation matters;
- Is experienced in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and tax analysis;
- Ideally brings prior experience in the banking sector;
- Maintains a structured work methodology and is capable of working independently;
- Approaches challenges with effective problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and attention to detail;
- Remains open and adaptable to change in a dynamic work environment.
