Description
- You develop the narrative around Asset Delivery;
- You create an inspiring presentation on Asset Delivery and any additional materials to support the mission and role of the department;
- You prepare and lead workshops with Asset Delivery stakeholders and the Talent team;
- You collaborate on a structured proposal for a customized onboarding process for Asset Delivery;
- You actively participate in the phased introduction of the trajectory, with a particular focus on the onboarding of the first newcomers;
- You contribute to improving the corporate onboarding and integration processes, based on needs that emerge during the assignment;
- You will work with the Talent Department and the Asset Delivery Department;
- You ensure that the pathway is consistent with corporate policy: it must remain coherent, complementary and achievable for new employees (avoid duplication of information or overcrowded programs);
- *What the assignment does not include**
- You are not responsible for the individual reception of new employees (this is part of the duties of Asset Delivery management);
- You do not handle logistical and administrative aspects of onboarding.
- You do not develop technical training yourself, but you can define the needs and guidelines for it (form and type of content);
- You do not perform tasks that are the responsibility of the manager, such as 1-on-1 interviews, goal setting, feedback reports or integration;
Your profile
- Has extensive experience in facilitating and lighting workshops;
- Is able to collaborate effectively in a co-creation environment;
- Possesses both analytical and synthetic thinking skills, with a keen eye for organization and structure;
- Has strong communication skills, both written and oral, and knows how to creatively develop engaging tools;
- Has experience in onboarding, human resources and change processes;
- Is fluent in French, Dutch and English.

- This assignment will be done on a freelance basis;
- You will work 3 days a week for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.
