Description
- Provide clear and precise written opinions to notaries and their staff, addressing their legal questions;
- Assist professionals in finding solutions that comply with legal requirements, leveraging your expertise;
- Establish and maintain constructive relationships with various authorities and stakeholders, thereby contributing to meaningful dialogue;
- Translate your expertise into written contributions for legal journals and other specialized publications, strengthening your presence in the field;
- Primarily handle issues related to contract law and property law, directly linked to notarial activities;
- Address a variety of topics, such as sale, emphyteusis, building rights, usufruct, co-ownership of real estate, and agency agreements, among others.
Your profile
- Holds a Master’s degree in law (required for the position);
- Has relevant experience in the notarial field and/or holds an additional degree in notarial studies, which is an advantage;
- Is fluent in Dutch and/or French, both spoken and written, and has a good knowledge of the other language;
- Demonstrates outstanding communication skills;
- Is comfortable collaborating with others as part of a team;
- Adapts easily to changes and unexpected situations;
- Is strongly results-oriented.
