Description
- You contact customers with the aim of increasing their credit card limit;
- You aim to achieve sales targets;
- You persuade and inform customers clearly and effectively;
- You ensure that customers return their contracts duly signed;
- You rigorously apply the required legal scripts;
- You inform customers in accordance with procedures, answer their questions and provide the necessary information.
Your profile
- Strong direct selling skills;
- Displays a proactive, results-oriented sales attitude;
- Expresses clear and convincing verbal communication skills;
- Master telephone exchanges with ease and courtesy;
- Demonstrates attentive and empathetic listening to customer needs;
- Focuses on customer satisfaction and strives to exceed expectations;
- Demonstrates a professional demeanor in all circumstances;
- Is able to juggle several tasks simultaneously;
- Demonstrates great ability to manage stress and work under pressure;
- CESS;
- Certificate of good conduct;
- Minimum 3 months call center experience.
Offer
- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
- A contract with fixed hours starting every day at 9:30 am;
- Depending on performance, possibility of fixed-term contract after 6 months, then permanent contract;
- Telecommuting possible, after 1 day of face-to-face training.
