Description
- You accurately and punctually manage the payment and processing of salaries in collaboration with social secretariats;
- You calculate advance tax contributions and bonuses, and you handle various declarations, including DmfA, NSSO, the 325 form, and fiscal documents (Belcotax);
- You prepare monthly payroll reconciliations and ensure proper follow-up after payroll processing;
- You oversee HR administration throughout the employee life cycle, covering situations such as illness, workplace accidents, information sheets, and employment terminations, as well as managing insurance policies and meal vouchers;
- You provide assistance and guidance to colleagues regarding questions about social legislation in the countries where operations take place;
- You facilitate the implementation of a flexible income plan (cafeteria plan), enabling employees to customize their package of fringe benefits;
- You monitor employees who possess a special tax status;
- You deliver timely, comprehensive, and precise reporting on payroll, headcount, turnover, absenteeism, and other key performance indicators for both internal use and external parties, including the works council and social balance sheets.
Your profile
- Possesses a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience, particularly within the payroll domain for white-collar employees and in a global environment;
- Has developed a comprehensive understanding of labor laws and regulations;
- Brings knowledge and experience in the implementation of flexible income plans, which would be considered an advantage;
- Has previously worked in collaboration with social secretariats (e.g., Attentia, ADP, Jobcode, Cintra, etc.);
- Demonstrates outstanding communication abilities, a proactive work ethic, and a strong aptitude for problem-solving;
- Has a proven track record in executing projects and managing change effectively;
- Is skilled in process mapping in alignment with local employment laws and payroll systems;
- Exhibits precision and discretion in their work, while adeptly managing tight deadlines;
- Possesses a strong command of MS Office applications, particularly Excel;
- Is fluent in English, French, and Dutch, facilitating effective communication in a multilingual setting.
