Description
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping and comprehensive tracking of financial transactions
- Preparing interim and year-end financial statements in line with regulatory standards
- Delivering timely monthly and quarterly financial reports to key stakeholders
- Performing reconciliations between various accounting standards, including US GAAP, UK GAAP, Lux GAAP, and IFRS
- Calculating tax provisions and conducting in-depth reviews of corporate tax returns
- Acting as a liaison with external partners such as auditors, tax consultants, joint venture stakeholders, asset and property managers
- Coordinating with internal teams and cross-border departments to ensure aligned financial operations
- Addressing day-to-day accounting and administrative inquiries efficiently
- Preparing distribution memos and related documentation
- Overseeing compliance with administrative procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining organized records through diligent filing and ongoing administrative follow-up
Your profile
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Luxembourg within accounting, auditing, and/or financial control, preferably with exposure to private equity, real estate, and debt investments
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- A collaborative team player with a proactive, hands-on approach
- Able to work independently with precision and demonstrate strong organizational abilities
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Service-oriented with a proactive mindset
