Description

  • You cultivate and nurture effective, professional relationships with essential contacts in designated customer accounts and prospective clients;
  • You facilitate the engagement of company staff (both locally and internationally), encompassing support, service, and management resources, to achieve account performance goals and fulfill customer expectations;
  • You strive to meet established targets for profitable sales revenue and strategic aims within assigned accounts and business development efforts;
  • You continuously evaluate, clarify, and confirm customer requirements to ensure ongoing satisfaction;
  • You spearhead the development of solutions that most effectively meet customer demands, while orchestrating the collaboration of all relevant company personnel.

Your profile

  • The ideal candidate possesses a master’s degree or possesses comparable credentials;
  • Brings a minimum of five years of experience in account management, ideally within a B2B context, with a focus on the insurance or fleet vehicle leasing sectors;
  • Is fluent in Dutch and has a solid command of both French and English;
  • Shows exceptional communication, presentation, and persuasive abilities across all tiers of an organization, including executive and C-suite levels;
  • Has a demonstrated capability to oversee several projects simultaneously;
  • Displays outstanding listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
