Description
- You ensure smooth and quality financial follow-up for our clients:
- You analyze payments/revenue that are not automatically matched in various applications;
- You use your communication skills and solution-oriented thinking in following up and reminding customers to settle overdue payments, always in consultation with sales and management;
- You review transition accounts and prepare related checks. This is where your Excel and analytical skills come in handy;
- You professionally answer questions from clients, brokers or colleagues about the financial services within EB/HC, both by email and by phone;
- You build good working relationships with colleagues from different departments (sales, management, BE) in order to optimize services;
- You enthusiastically participate in a world in change and actively contribute to various projects to future-proof our processes and management applications.

- Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
