Description
- Website management: maintain and update the firm’s website, including publications, events, lawyer profiles, news, and job advertisements. Coordinate with the central helpdesk for technical support.
- Social media management: draft, schedule, and publish engaging LinkedIn posts.
- Content coordination: work closely with lawyers and proofreaders to publish legal articles across various channels.
- Internal communications: collaborate with marketing colleagues and different departments to gather and draft content for the internal newsletter.
- Marketing materials: coordinate with the graphic designer for marketing collateral and event invitations. Step in as a backup for the graphic designer during holidays.
Your profile
- Fluency in French and Dutch, plus excellent English writing skills
- Proficiency in digital tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, InDesign, Photoshop) and content management systems
- Strong writing skills, particularly in English, with a keen eye for spelling and grammar
- Sense of aesthetics and understanding of document layout and visual presentation
- A basic understanding of law is a nice to have but not a must
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented with an eye for aesthetics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines

- Monthly salary indication: € 3001 - € 4000
