Description
- You attract high net worth clients;
- You manage client files and perform correct KYC risk assessments;
- You support the team administratively;
- You add commercial value during contact with clients;
- You maintain customer relations and assist with questions or problems;
- You promote our mission, values and banking services with conviction;
- You stay up-to-date on sector developments and our offer.
Your profile
- You have an excellent command of the Dutch language and have a good command of English;
- You feel comfortable interacting with customers in person, on the phone and in writing;
- You are commercially minded;
- You are strong in administrative tasks, work meticulously, adhere to procedures and guidelines;
- You are proactive and demonstrate a positive, flexible attitude;
- You have a Bachelor's degree and a strong interest in the financial sector.
