Description
- Providing legal advice to local and international clients on all aspects of real estate transactions;
- Managing daily coordination between clients, opposing counsel, and various service providers involved in real estate deals;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of legal and contractual documents;
- Overseeing legal research on issues related to real estate law and contract law;
- Collaborating closely with other departments (cross-practice) and with offices across different jurisdictions (cross-border matters);
- Actively contributing to the firm's business development efforts.
Your profile
- At least 6 years of proven experience in Real Estate law within the Luxembourg market;
- Master’s degree in Law; admission to the Luxembourg Bar or to a Bar within the European Union;
- Full professional proficiency in English and French; knowledge of German would be a plus;
- Proactive, energetic, collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
