Description
- You manage payroll processing, which includes handling Sharesave plans, CP306 premiums, bonuses, eco vouchers, and the 13th-month salary;
- You ensure adherence to legal responsibilities, including the preparation of annual reports, social balance sheets, and mandatory training compliance;
- You are responsible for revising and updating HR policies and contractual documentation to reflect current practices;
- You oversee administrative tasks related to employee absences, additional benefits, and official declarations;
- You prepare and track HR reports for Finance and Management to facilitate informed decision-making.
Your profile
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of Belgian employment laws and regulations, demonstrating a strong grasp of legal frameworks;
- Ideally has familiarity with Dutch labor regulations, providing a well-rounded understanding of regional employment laws;
- Is fluent in both Dutch and English, enabling effective communication in a bilingual work environment.
