Description
- Oversee multiple controls to monitor performance and ensure a high standard of service for clients.
- Assist the team by diligently tracking the collective goals of the department, including reporting to other internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication and instructions to other departments involved in the operational process.
- Provide analytical support to Sales and Relationship Managers by conducting thorough evaluations for potential clients.
- Keep the CRM tools current and well-maintained.
- Communicate regularly with international Asset Managers and Fund Distributors to understand their requirements and address their inquiries.
- Establish automated reporting systems and create customized reports as needed.
Your profile
- Holds a degree from a business school, university, or possesses a graduate qualification in Finance (M1-M2 level).
- Brings 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience to the role.
- Has a background in fund distribution, with experience in sectors such as asset management, banking, life insurance, custody services, or as a transfer agent being advantageous.
- Is proficient in both French and English, with knowledge of German and/or Italian considered a valuable addition.
- Demonstrates advanced skills in Excel, with experience in VBA or Python regarded as a beneficial asset.
