Description

• You check and monitor buying and selling transactions: you ensure that everything runs smoothly and accurately, and that nothing escapes your notice;
• You correct errors and ensure that everyone has the right information at the right time;
• You are the privileged contact for managers: you answer their questions and help them secure their investments;
• You communicate with numerous contacts: internal teams, partner banks and market platforms;
• You contribute to compliance with regulatory requirements: your controls ensure the organization's conformity;
• You manage unforeseen events: whether errors, delays or disputes, you analyze situations and propose solutions;
• You improve processes: your sharp eye helps to secure and optimize day-to-day work;
• This position involves a support, verification and coordination role.

Your profile

• Master's degree in economics or finance, with in-depth knowledge of equities, bonds and financial products;
• Bilingual, with a perfect command of French and English;
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Good understanding of VBA;
• Detail-oriented, able to quickly identify small errors;
• Ability to communicate effectively with different teams;
• Ability to manage stressful situations and react quickly when necessary;
• Analytical mind, able to identify the causes of malfunctions;
• Proactive, with the ability to suggest improvements.
