Description

  • Support Our client administratively within the Procurement Department;
  • Actively participate in the follow-up of price requests and contractual documents;
  • Provide order processing, confirmation, verification of insurance certificates and filing;
  • Compile price comparison tables of different quotations;
  • Communicate clearly with internal customers and external suppliers;
  • Create reports and check consistency of results;
  • Collaborate on the development of the back office team;
  • Perform standard administrative tasks such as mail handling and filing;
  • Draft various documents based on instructions.

Your profile

  • If you have a bachelor's degree, preferably in an administrative field, and at least 2 years of experience, this job is for you;
  • You are a real team player and work accurately and efficiently;
  • Contact skill, sense of organization, discretion and stress resistance are qualities that characterize you;
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package is a must, and experience with SAP is a plus;
  • Your mother tongue is Dutch or French, you have a good knowledge of French or Dutch and a basic knowledge of English.

  • Monthly salary indication: € 2501 - € 3000
